ACCOUNT MANAGER
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager at Suss Ads, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding service delivery. Your role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving campaign success, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with the business development, creative, and strategy teams to bring innovative advertising solutions to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and delivering solutions proactively.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Oversee a high-performing team, including account managers, project managers, and creatives, providing clear direction and support.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in pitches and presentations to secure new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
- Develop and manage client budgets (media plans), ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Work closely with senior management to align client strategies with the company’s overall goals.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges to stay ahead of the competition.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for accounts and campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or project management in an advertising, media, or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue optimization.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
