Eligibility

  • The Spend and Get #SussAdsAt3 Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) is open to new clients of Suss Ads who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
  • A new client is defined as an individual or company that does not currently have an active account with Suss Ads at the start of the Campaign.
  • Participants of the Campaign agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Campaign Period

  • The Campaign will commence on 4th July 2024 at 12:00 AM EAT (East Africa Time) and will continue until 31st July 2024 at 11:59 PM EAT (East Africa Time) (the Campaign Period).
  • Clients can activate the offer by signing an insertion order which is valid for 30 days even after the campaign period has ended.
  • Suss Ads reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Spend: Only advertisers willing to spend at least $1,000 qualify for this promotion.

The Offers

  • During the Campaign Period, new clients who meet the spending thresholds specified below will be eligible to receive the corresponding rewards:

    Spend $1,500.00 and get $150.00.

    Spend $2,000.00 and get $200.00

    Spend $3,000.00 and get $300.00

    Spend $4,000.00 and get $400.00

    Spend $5,000.00 and get $500.00

    Spend $10,000 and get $1,000.00

  • The spending threshold refers to the cumulative amount spent by the new or old client during each day of the Campaign Period, up to a maximum of 30 days after an Insertion Order (signed within the campaign period) has been signed and counter signed even if the campaign period has ended.
  • Suss Ads will match the monthly spend up to the corresponding reward amount.
  • All spending amounts and rewards are denominated in US dollars (USD) for this Campaign.

Redemption Process

  • New clients must create an account on the Suss Ads website (ads.suss.co.ke) during the Campaign Period to participate in the Campaign afterwhich an account manager will be assigned.

  • Once the spending threshold is met within the Campaign Period, the corresponding reward will be credited to the new client's Suss Ads account.
  • The rewards received through the Campaign can be used for campaigns on the Suss Ads website (ads.suss.co.ke) and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

General Terms:

  • The offer applies to programmatic advertisements executed on Suss Ads Dashboard

  • Unless explicitly stated, the rewards earned through the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
  • Suss Ads reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of identity or account ownership before awarding the rewards.
  • Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges associated with the rewards they receive through the Campaign.
  • Suss Ads reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior or violating these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suss Ads shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by participants due to participating in the Campaign or accepting the rewards.
  • Suss Ads reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of identity or account ownership before awarding the rewards.
  • Participants agree to release and hold Suss Ads and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or in connection with the Campaign.
  • hese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

By participating in the Spend and Get #SussAdsAt3 Campaign, new clients and old indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
